A lot of stress. Even though the performance review system changed, the mindset of the managers never changed. They always compare with same-level peers, even if one peer has been doing development work forever, and the other person has just come from SDET to development.
They need to change the mindset of the managers to see what work has been given and what has been done, rather than comparing with others and saying that you are not performing like others.
