Great large company to work for
Awesome benefits. Good work/life balance. Interesting problems to work on. Lots of team activities, movie screenings, etc.
It's big. They do a good job trying to keep the hierarchy flat, but you definitely need to play some politics to move up.
Marketing ads are often painful to watch. It's annoying to have a good product, then have marketing ruin it with a poorly written commercial or campaign.
Lots of promotions seem to depend on how good a lead is at arguing for directs.
