Great technical challenges. Good work-life balance. Great perks and amenities. Good pay. Love the offices instead of cubicles.
Too many managers and people who want to be one.
One person does all the work and has probably two to three people managing them.
If you are lucky, you will have a good manager who protects you from PMs and others.
