- The culture has significantly changed in the past few years, under the leadership of Satya.
- Microsoft is very heavy on open-source, and this openness changes the world's perception.
- Very big company. You can feel insignificant at some teams.
- Promotions and annual bonuses are not totally fair.
Embrace new culture; don't promote people for inventing a bicycle.
