Nice company culture; nice & smart colleagues; work-life balance.
Not so exciting product.
There is some potential politics you should be very careful about. People have to learn how to show themselves.
Performance reviews will replace some people every year, this is for sure, especially for the Mountain View branch. I heard about several cases where a manager has finally "walked out" people from the workplace. So, please keep on checking in your code changelist, keep on raising your voice in email threads. Also, please do not make even a little mistake, which will be written into the performance review.

I applied as a PM, but they set an interview for an SDET position. The interview process was great, though. Had a phone interview with a recruiter where we talked about my classes and projects that I've done. The recruiter was really nice and friend
This was a 30-minute on-campus interview. 10 minutes were for behavioral questions and 15 minutes were for technical questions. The final 5 minutes were to ask the interviewer questions.
Very difficult. HR would not say what subjects the programming interview would test. It turned into a white board ASI operation questions. Two other interviews with four other people followed. It was not a pleasant experience. "Why should I hire you
