People in 5G core projects are from acquired companies, so you still see them working as startup guys and not up to Microsoft values or culture. Finally, you feel like joining a team of a startup company instead of the great Microsoft!
Really long working hours, and most of the time, you need to work on weekends to complete tasks. There's no work-life balance at all!
No proper documentation or required tools/environment to perform assigned tasks. Senior members of the team were also not supportive.
The managers and teams who became MS employees just because of the acquisition, and not by clearing the MS hiring interview process, are very unprofessional and still not up to the mark of MS values.

The manager is the supreme authority, and HR never cares whether you stay or leave because of the toxic work environment.
