The company has become too big to make a change in terms of policies, compensation, or strategy.

Most of the products are very mature, and there is very little room for change. That way, the challenge is not to innovate but to upgrade the existing software in line with the competing world.

Still, most of the functionalities are targeted at keeping the cash cows in mind. You develop a functionality if you know the enterprise will buy it.

We need to be more aggressive and make a push outside the enterprise consumers. Products with high volumes and low margins can still do wonders.
