Not even one good reason one should work here. The culture, management, and work are all just below average. I know it's hard for people to believe this, but it's actually true that Microsoft is no longer the place to work for. It's just getting worse and worse day by day. I would advise everyone to think ten times before joining here, rather than regretting it later.
