Salary, salary, and salary. Perks and benefits are good too. The company has a very good campus with good sports facilities as well.
Zero people management. No care of employees' interests. Terrible working style.
Start as a fresher from college, and this would be the world for you. Else, it's tough to make a career from the bottom up.
My advice would be to care for ground-level employees' feedback. It's not just about meeting the deadline; the quality of the product matters more than anything. Please note that.
