Pros
  • Latest hardware and software provided.
  • Windows phones and Surface tablets given.
  • More money to spend on the team than other companies.
Cons

Not all teams have work which can be called good. Maybe 1 in 10 gets a chance to work on a good product.

Quantity of work is too much. Work-life balance will get screwed big time.

WFH options are not as flexible.

Too much peer competition.

Pays well, but not enough to work your ass off all the time.

Only old-timers keep getting all the hikes and bonuses.

Advice to Management

Make work-life balance better.

Stop curve fitting. You are losing too many awesome employees due to this.
