Great, challenging work and high-calibre, smart co-workers. The work is great, but often directionless. Big bets are often off, and realignments in the organization cause frustration among employees who, having worked on things for some time, are not happy to see their work scrapped. This is all because of poor communication from middle managers to the ICs. As an organization, there is an excellent opportunity to learn tons of things, and I would recommend it to every engineer/programmer as a very good place to work. Also, benefits are good: Medical, Flex Time, etc., are great if you have a family.
