Lots of smart & passionate engineers, tons of resources to learn and explore, probably the software/service company that takes testers most seriously, great benefits package.
So-so base pay compared to the other top companies. Work-life balance fluctuates over time. Some management people have no desire to take risks, and hence this is reflected in the compensation/rewards of the engineers.
Stop playing safe.
