Lovely campus, financially healthy, good only for fresh hires. Windows is sold at a cheap price.
- Stack ranking is a killer that promotes people to work against each other, backstabbing, etc.
- No innovation.
- Non-competitive in nature.
- Always late to market.
- No reward for technical skills.
- Poor decision-makers in higher management.
- Long release cycles.
- Bureaucracy and politics override everything, including healthy competition.
I am sure there is no need to advise management, as the whole management chain is rotten.
