- Review system is not fair. 10% of all employees WILL be given the message that they are on track to be managed out.
- Some managers are amazing, but most are poorly trained and are quick to use the easy tools (fear, micromanagement) as opposed to the more difficult but more rewarding tactics (inspiration, leadership as a service).
A good place to go if you are a well-seasoned engineer and can work well on your own. The review system is a game you'll need to pick up quickly to ensure you get a decent piece of the 'pie'.
