Microsoft is walking to worse. Since inside MS, people respond to leaders but not to the product

Pros

An old MS employee always liked MS in the old times, but not recently. Things changed and people are leaving.

Cons

The great tech was happening before, but it looks like now they care more about review. Review is controlled by a small group of people – leaders. So making a good relationship with a leader is more important than making a good product. Tech has become a tool, not a goal. More and more MS employees are getting tired of internal politics and have lost trust in MS.

Advice to Management

Building a fair review process may bring employer trust back, but I doubt if it is possible.
