Nice working environment. Good work/life balance. Smart co-workers. Lots of opportunities to learn new tech. The benefits are excellent.
Some teams are in a total mess after a transition of focus to online service. Quite a lot of the managers still don't understand what to do in the service world.
There is a lot of miscommunication and duplicate work, which is a waste of resources.
The new review system is stupid.
