Pros

With it being such a large company, if you don't like your current job, you can just find another without the hassle of moving to a new company.

Big companies with lots of resources make for lots of perks.

Most groups allow a good bit of flex in working hours.

Cons

Too many layers of management end up wasting time and energy.

It doesn't take new ideas on how to do things easily.

Advice to Management

Work on freeing up employees to innovate.

Microsoft has a great resource of brilliant people that just need to be empowered to innovate.
