Have your own office, which allows more privacy for employees.
It is very political at Microsoft. This makes it difficult to come up with a good plan to compete.
- Lack of vision within the division.
- Lack of cooperation between divisions.
Microsoft will need a vision instead of relying only on copying and execution. This strategy was proven effective in the past, but to compete effectively with Google and Apple, execution is not enough.
