Pros

New and competitive opportunities, high industry impact, high customer impact, good cross-team support, demanding work schedules, work-life balance, work when you want but deliver on time system.

Cons

Lot of politics. Performance review is based on number of years at career level rather than contributions made. Reaching saturation. No team morale.

Sometimes you not only have to deliver the project but have to evangelize it within the team to get recognition. You are your own company, and you've got to live it.

Advice to Management

Bring in fresh ideas; learn to appreciate employees' contributions rather than pinpointing a minor issue.
