Overall, a great company, but in the end, it depends on what team you work for

Pros

So many teams mean more career options.

Health benefits: While it is changing, it is still one of the best in the market.

Prime card, which gets you discounts everywhere for restaurants and activities.

Microsoft cares about the environment with programs like the carpool incentive program (TRIP) and the MS bus with Wi-Fi.

Flexible work program: Microsoft supports it, but unfortunately, some teams (managers) are not that good with it.

Tuition reimbursement.

My lists can go on and on.

Cons

While MS itself supports many good things, in the end it depends on your team, your manager, and your HR.
