Fair amount of bright people. Updated on some company events. Friendly place to work. Company events are great to boost morale. You get your own space (for those who like it). Lots of products and services to work on. Good as an entry place, although I don't have enough experience with senior-level experience. Stable company!

People are generally friendly but might not go out of their way to get to know you. It doesn't have the entrepreneurial feel in some groups. Some groups are not as tightly knit with each other, so you don't have the team feel. You don't necessarily get the sense of contribution to the overall product when the team isn't one of the best products.

Make it easier to change teams, at least within certain divisions.

Showcase more innovation.
