Really good environment geared towards productivity.
Very good perks - free drinks, often free food.
Able to come into work when you want and leave when you want based on getting your work done.
Very good chillout area - Xbox, foosball table, beanbags, etc.
Very nice people; didn't find office politics to exist.
I didn't find a London weighting to salary, which I thought should exist compared to other UK Microsoft offices and their living costs.
