Pros

Medical benefits are the best. Transportation benefits are awesome. They have a pretty good library and subscription to all major scientific journals.

Cons

They are an H1-B dependent company.

They treat their foreign employees as sweat labor. The employees also don't complain because they are drooling for their green card.

By the time they get it, they become accustomed to sweatshop life and think that is how all companies work.

Advice to Management

Be fair to people. Once we enact better immigration rules, you will lose your hard-working employees.

Try to give room for employees to achieve some work-life balance.
