Pros

Lots of resources to advance both in technology and personality development. These will not necessarily translate to career growth.

Cons

Bad performance management system. Too many people getting hired, which translates to best performers appearing average due to less challenging conditions. There are fewer and fewer opportunities day by day, and bad scheduling and management from your leads.

Advice to Management

Except for one Milestone, where we started clean, I haven't seen one milestone where we worked on schedule. Leads take huge amounts of time to make a schedule surprisingly before planning (includes design plans and test plans), and not even a single task actually fits into the schedule. They can only get away with this because of too many resources given to them. While they do this, they screw up IC's work-life balance, affecting IC's career choices and opportunities.
