The company is very respectful to its employees. No one is expected to work long hours. Everyone has a fair enough chance to get promotions, and the compensation is very good. The company wants to retain its people and has good work-life balance.
With the latest trends, the company is shedding Test employees, and the situation is bad. They could have moved people around, but they chose to lay people off. I lost my job in the process as well.
Yes, it is a big corporation, and yes, there is too much process.
