It also opens a lot of doors for future employment.
Very flexible with hours.
Very much about getting quality work done and not caring about how long it takes to get that work done.
So that can be good or bad depending on how you work.
It is a huge company; you need to compete to stand out. But as long as you are willing to work hard, it should be okay.
There is some inter-team competition for rewards. On my team, it was healthy, but I know on some other teams that kind of dynamic caused problems.
Doing ok.
