The work culture and workload are very manageable and exciting! I have been working at Microsoft for a little over a year and a half, and I can say that everyone is very nice, respectful, and caring towards one another.
The commute can sometimes be a little challenging because I live 40 minutes away. With traffic, it can add an additional 30-40 minutes to the commute.
