- Very good benefits
- Flexible work hours (actually depends on your manager)
- MS is like a school; education support is really high
- In most of the groups, promotion is not based on performance.
- Some HRs violate rules easily.
- Since, in some groups, managers do not have good education degrees, many ICs suffer.
- The annual review system should be more accountable and equal for everyone.
- The manager level should be reduced.
- Managers should be technical; in this case, they can see the value of individual contributors more clearly.
- Nepotism should be stopped in MS.
