OK Tech Company, but not the best
It is a famous company. Microsoft's name on your resume will open many doors for you. There are still a lot of smart people here. The pay is OK for me. I may get a little bit more in other big tech companies in the area; however, it is just not worth the hassle to change jobs.
There is a lot of red tape to get the job done. There are many layers of management at Microsoft. The company does not move as fast compared to other leading tech companies. We lost many good engineers to Google.
Give better benefits, just like Google.
