Salaries are competitive.
Problem space is great.
They always keep scaring you about performance, instead of giving freedom to work and nurturing progress and efficiency of employees.
Don't always think about growing in your career at the expense of other people. You will only stress people out, but not bring the best out of them, and at the end of the day, it won't be rewarding for you as well.
