- Rich set of internal communities folks can join based on interest.
- Too often, organization realignment in the company, if impacted, makes people distracted.
- Very rigid review system.
Define clear business direction and form group-wide incentives to achieve business goals.
Have a more flexible review system for each BG.
Encourage innovation amongst employees and provide real incentives to make them real products.
