Pros

A nice company that really follows the software development life cycle. It is a good place for fresh graduates to learn and to get into the industry.

Cons

The decision-making procedure is not transparent. The voice from the bottom can never get to the upper management. Software engineers are not encouraged to innovate, but just to follow PM's requirements and design.

Advice to Management

Listen to the voice from the bottom and give responses honestly. Don't make those expensive mistakes just because some high-level managers' commitments need to be met.
