Good benefit package, perhaps the best you can get in the IT industry. Work schedule is flexible. Great to access tech gurus, tools, and tech resources. Diversified tech community.
Very political working environment, sometimes unfair.
Workload is not so balanced across different groups.
Stock award and growth potential are negligible.
There are so many management issues due to large corporations and the proxy effect.
There are too many layers of managers, and resources are wasted in political fights instead of innovation.
There are too many PMs without a sound tech background and with bad communication skills. This leads to difficulty in planning and cross-group collaboration.
