Pros

Company name on resume Nice manager and team (unknown if still true) Easy work for pay above minimum wage Good food on campus On-campus electric vehicle charging

Cons

May not be worth your time if practical skill-building is a priority.

No software engineering skills practice.

Very repetitive work.

Little to no support for side projects that actually develop skills.

Optional "on call" for possibly no extra pay unless actually called.

Advice to Management

Please make the job listings you give to recruiters accurate to what the job really is. There is almost nothing in the job that constitutes SDET work (automation, scripting, integration test dev).

Please improve on supporting people's growth by providing side project opportunities. You might have a better view of what could be done than the people on the ground.
