Good workplaces, free soda. Good benefits, gym, etc. Opportunity to attend training sessions.
Poor management and unnecessary meetings make it impossible to concentrate on the problem. I would start at 7 to accomplish more before meetings start. Many people from the south do not integrate well into American culture. It is not a caste system here.
Too late. It will start falling apart.
