Good code, but not so good management
The manager mentored us and gave us lots of useful suggestions for our future career paths.
The whole management of the internship program is in chaos. Our real mentor was not the manager, but the real mentor had nearly no effect on our project. The manager was in charge of everything, which brought some blur in the goal of the project and some problems in our teamwork. The salary for the internship was fairly low compared to other companies.
