The people were awesome. The salary was good. Vacation and benefits were good too. The work was fun. Through the review process, feedback from coworkers and management helped me improve.
Being a small module of a huge company can be tough. Lots of irrelevant emails, stuff that only applies to US employees, and all the hype around reconfiguration that doesn't really end up affecting us. Security and distance get in the way of communication and information sharing to do better, faster work.
