Old tech stack, backstabbing culture, less promotion, and famous for lowballing and underpaying.
Lots of political games within orgs and teams.
People fight for visibility instead of improving code quality.
Leadership is cheap and never considers investing in their employees.

Nothing to management since they wouldn't care, as always.
I'm a number in your spreadsheet, and you can find cheap labor overseas. When you need to compete in the market, you will see a backfire and lose to all other top-tier competitors.
