Work environment, opportunity to get technical experience, nice benefits. Good pay on management level.
A lot of management layers.
Work scope is very narrow.
Slow promotions.
Large dependency on a direct manager, less team work.
A lot of non-profitable projects.
Much waste of money on unnecessary efforts in coordination within projects.
Analyze how money is spent. Remove unnecessary management layers. Invite more experienced people from industries rather than hire just graduates.
