Smart people, but too much politics and bureaucracy
The benefit package is good, and Seattle is a great place to live. I came here by chance, but it's a good place for folks who like a laid-back life.
The company culture is messed up.
They are no longer innovators.
I would recommend MS to only people that want to take it easy and are okay to deal with politics.
Management should start paying employees in similar ranges to Google, Apple, Facebook, and other hi-tech companies.
Right now, it feels like a bargain.
