Challenging and interesting.
Really get into the dev process at the company.
A bit overwhelming in the beginning.
The first round is an on-campus interview (though a phone interview may be used in some cases). Candidates then proceed to the second round, which is an on-site interview in Redmond. The interview begins at 10 AM and concludes around 3 PM. All trave
Interview was pretty straightforward. The onsite had four rounds, with the last round being with a senior manager. The senior manager was actually pretty nice, and he even helped me figure out some things that I was having trouble with initially.
Participated in an interview event that lasted about half a day. This involved four rounds of approximately one-hour interviews with short breaks in between. The questions focused on algorithms and Big-O notation for run-time and space complexity.
