Great benefits, nice campus. Great benefits, nice campus.
Politics and re-org are painful.
The interview started at 8:00 AM. There were four candidates. Each interview lasted 45 minutes, with a 15-minute break between each. If you performed well, you could meet the hiring manager, but I did not get that chance.
On-campus initial screening round, followed by 5 onsite rounds and 1 lunch interview. All onsite interviews are based on algorithms and data structures. Expect to write code with minimal errors and ensure all corner test cases are passed.
My first interview was at the university. They asked a matrix question from the "Cracking the Programming Interview" book. Afterwards, they flew me to Redmond for the final round. They literally paid for everything: * Hotel * Flight * Rental
