Infighting is still a very real problem at MS. There has been a major push to remove the once toxic competition between orgs over the last few years, but it's still gaining traction.
Re-orgs, leadership turnover, and office moves are frequent.
Keep pushing the One Microsoft idea. Unhealthy competition between orgs is getting better, but still exists.
