Excellent benefits. Opportunities to learn from some of the best engineers in the world. Job security (for the most part). Interesting technical challenges. If you get sick of your team, you can move around.
Not too many. The only one I can think of is that they don't coddle employees with extra benefits like free food, as other companies in the area do. That's it, really.
I feel as though sometimes there are sudden shifts in the internal goals of various groups, in a way that doesn't really send a cohesive message to the lower-level employees.
Perhaps try to work on communicating why these shifts are occurring.
