You get to work with very smart people. Being a software giant, you get a lot of infrastructure to play with. There are a lot of career change opportunities. Name an area in Computer Science, and there will be an opportunity to work there. Work-life balance is better than at a lot of companies.
You need to deal with politics. Time flies away when you are here. Sometimes decision-making can be delayed because of too many opinions.
