I did my summer internship at Microsoft India. The interviews were part of converting the internship to full-time employment. I had three interviews on different days. My performance in the interviews was not great, but I was given the offer because

This process consists of 4 to 5 continuous interviews, held on the same day. The interviews are facilitated by two interviewers each. These interviewers are usually senior managers and developers.

Two technical rounds followed by a 1-hour interview. In the first round, they asked me a DSA question on stacks. The interviewer evaluated my solution by considering various time complexities and finally pointed out my mistake.
