Microsoft

The working environment is great. Microsoft provides an office for full-time employees.

I joined Microsoft as an H1-B holder. I thought Microsoft would help me with the green card process. However, Microsoft used every excuse to delay it and hinted that I could work in their Canada department for a year. When I decided to leave, the unbelievable thing happened: Microsoft and more than 60 agent companies tried to block me from getting a new job!

1. When I joined, I got some hints that H-1B holders' pay rates should be lower than others. I hope Microsoft can be a truly EOE company.

2. I felt threatened when I left. If you leave Microsoft, you won't get any job in the US. Microsoft should know job selection is based on individual will.
