A great group of highly motivated, smart people.
Even the smartest people fall into the “Can’t you read my mind?” problem.
It's hard to believe, but put more processes in writing and make sure everyone follows them. You may think you do that, but:
- The requirement document – I was told it already exists, but we don't need one (huh?).
- I was told I was behind on a task I wasn't assigned (really?).
- Perhaps the problem is limited to the Washington, D.C. and Munich offices.
