Smart people. Solving large-scale problems. Great office facilities. One big MS family. Dogfood the latest tech. Getting a Windows Surface tablet. A multi-vertical business company.
The cross-core and cross-country teams don't always get along. Some projects are so big that you get partial ownership, which can affect your work. You could get stuck in their tech stack and not move on to other things later.
You are doing most things right. But when something goes wrong, mitigate it well in time.
