The paycheck was good. I started as an intern and when I got hired after the internship, my salary grew to more than double. However, from what I understood from my colleagues, I was a bit underpaid, probably because I was a fresh graduate.
There are plenty of benefits, but they depend on the headquarter.
The management system is not a good one. Each year, a manager has to have from his team an overachiever and an underachiever, no matter what he has to have these two. This builds competitiveness between coworkers.
Change your management system because it isn't that productive.
